I'm Amelia Voinea, a PMR MD, fascinated by the interdependence of our physical, emotional, mental and relational health. My speciality is finding patterns of restriction in the body, and how seemingly unrelated symptoms and events lead to the current presentation.
People come to me for pain, for performance, and after they have already done a lot of their own work — some of them therapists, coaches and bodyworkers, many of them not.
